Hillary Wilson

Atlanta Counseling Intern

Hi, I’m Hillary Wilson

Smiling woman with dark hair

I help high-achievers, leaders, and athletes navigate the heavy weight of expectations to find a more grounded, intentional way of living. I believe that many of us have spent years performing, not just in our careers, but in our personal lives, to meet a standard of “enoughness” that always seems to stay just out of reach.

If you find yourself constantly battling burnout, perfectionism, or the feeling that your worth is tied solely to your latest achievement, you are not alone. My goal is to offer you a collaborative space where we can deconstruct those pressures and rediscover who you are outside of what you “do.”

High-Performance & Professional Burnout
Having navigated the high-pressure world of professional ballet and later spent years in leadership and sales at companies like Salesforce and Intuit, I have a front-row seat to the unique toll that performance-driven environments take on the nervous system. I understand the specific anxiety that comes with being the one everyone else relies on. I work with clients to set sustainable boundaries, process the “identity loss” that comes with life transitions, and move from a state of constant “doing” to one of authentic being.

A Holistic & Collaborative Approach
I view therapy as a partnership. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift the thought patterns that keep you stuck, while integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy. As a certified yoga instructor, I also value a holistic perspective; I believe healing happens when we address the mind, body, and soul as a connected whole. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, OCD, or relationship conflict, I focus on providing tangible tools that you can use the moment you leave our session.

Faith and Culture
I love working with clients from all cultural backgrounds and beliefs. For those who desire it, I am happy to integrate faith into our work together, providing a supportive space where your values and spiritual journey are honored and explored freely.

More About Me
I am currently a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health program at Richmont Graduate University (Graduating May 2027). My path to counseling was fueled by a lifelong curiosity about people and a deep desire to help others find healing within themselves and their most important relationships.
Outside of the office, I am an avid world traveler and a fan of exploring the diverse food scene here in Atlanta. I’m a big believer in the restorative power of movement, whether that’s through simple breathwork, a yoga flow, or a long hike.

I am currently working under the clinical supervision of Liz Fava, LPC, CPCS (LPC 007935).
