Attachment Style Analysis Workshop

Join us for our in-person attachment style analysis workshop to uncover and understand more about your unique relationship patterns and how to increase a healthy connection with the most important people in your life!

  • Struggling to communicate your needs to others?
  • Fighting over the same problems in your relationship?
  • Feeling anxious or disconnected around friends or family?

The way we perceive others’ actions and motivations has the biggest impact in our relationships with our close friends, families, or partners.

This is called attachment, and it has a real effect on how we choose, build, and communicate in our relationships.

The key to improving and maintaining our relationships lies within our attachment styles and interactions—and healthy attachment can be learned! If you’re struggling with any of the above points, learning and understanding how your attachment style may be influencing you can be the first step in building safe and secure relationships with the people around you.

Our next Attachment Style Analysis Workshop is Saturday July 20th from 10:00am-12:00pm.

I’m Serena Johnson, APC, a CBT and Attachment Style Counselor at Fava Counseling Associates. I enjoy helping people understand and maximize their attachment style using evidence-based CBT strategies and knowledge.

In this interactive workshop, you can learn about healthy attachment as we walk through attachment education, participate in examples and group discussion, and practice skill building and communication strategies together.
