Grace McGuire

As an Intake Coordinator at Fava Counseling Associates, Grace McGuire, LMSW, is passionate about helping clients feel supported and comfortable from their very first interaction with the practice. With a background in social work, patient advocacy, and care coordination, Grace enjoys getting to know each client’s unique needs and helping connect them with a counselor who is the right fit.

Before joining Fava, Grace worked in hospital-based care coordination, supporting patients and families as they navigated challenging circumstances. She is currently pursuing her clinical social work licensure and brings that same warmth, compassion, and commitment to making the process of seeking support feel a little easier. Outside of work, Grace enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, working out, and attending as many concerts as she can.
